Tiffany Cadillac is a model, singer, songwriter, and vinyl selecta. Born in Tokyo Japan and raised in a little town in St.Mary Jamaica, her love and passion of music was built from a young age as her father is a professional musician.
Though raised on roots reggae, as a teenager Tiffany was a regular kid dabbling with punk/hardcore music, eventually forming several bands and performing on stage in the mysterious world of the Tokyo underground punk scene.
Tiffany picked up her small collection of vinyl and started DJing at local parties, and then evolved into playing at fashion parties and larger events.
With her distinctive style that mirrors everyone from Ronnie Spector to Tammi Terrell, Tiffany Cadillac's selection of music is based in the range of 50’s-70’s RnB/Soul, with a core spirit of authentic Jamaican music. She uses only 45’ singles, a format that resonates with grass roots essence and the original style of DJing. No Software, No Laptops or Techie stuff!
Tiffany Cadillac enjoys singing and often performs as a guest vocalist with local Soul and Ska bands. After re-educating herself with songwriting skills, she has started an album project and is creating new content coming out soon in 2020.
Having a mother as a former hairdresser led to Tiffany possessing an interest in the modeling industry. With her unique look and rich background, she started modeling in her late teens after experimenting with photography alongside friends in creative scenes. Tiffany has been featured in multiple fashion magazines like NYLON JAPAN, GINZA, NUMERO JAPAN, ELLE GiRL, i-D Japan, VOGUE JAPAN, and has collaborated with many clothing brands in Japan and around the world.
